2. How We Use Your Information

We utilize your information strictly to evaluate territory availability, perform comparative local keyword audits, coordinate video calls, and configure your search landing pages on launch. We do not sell or lease your business details to competing contractors in your market.

3. System & Call Recording Logs

For our active contracting partners, our Local Service Call System implements Dynamic Number Insertion (DNI) to track inbound search leads. When an end-consumer calls the tracked number:

• Calls may be recorded and stored for quality assurance, dispatcher close-rate auditing, and keyword source attribution.
• Contractors are solely responsible for ensuring their dispatch staff and customer-facing disclosures comply with all federal and state wiretapping and call-recording regulations in their local service territory.

4. Account and Asset Ownership

In alignment with our core business principles, our clients retain 100% direct ownership of their Google Ads accounts, landing page copy, and domain name records. If you decide to cancel our active management services, TrueLeadFlow transfers full primary administrative control of all campaign histories directly back to you within 5 business days.
